You'll get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us — it's worth checking your spam folder before anything else, as that's where it usually is. If the tracking hasn't moved or the email never arrived, send us your order number above and we'll chase it from our end.

Unopened products can come back within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Haircare counts as a personal care good, so once it's been opened we can't resell it and can't accept it back.

If it arrived damaged, faulty, or simply wasn't what you ordered, that's a different thing entirely — email us with a photo and we'll put it right. Either way, please get in touch before posting anything back, as returns sent without being confirmed first can't be accepted. Full returns policy.

Skip a delivery, change how often it arrives, swap the product or cancel it outright — email us with the address you ordered with and we'll sort it. If you'd rather do it yourself, the manage link is in your subscription confirmation email.
