What's the difference between Define and Shape?

Define is the stronger of the two. It's firmer and thicker, with a matte finish, for hair you want sharply under control. Shape is the lighter, more natural option. If your hair is thick or unruly, or you want a style that holds hard all day, Define is the one.

What does it smell like?

Lavender and vanilla. Soft and warm rather than sharp.

How much should I use?

Less than you'd think. Start with a fingertip's worth, warm it between your palms, then work it through from the back. Build up if you need more — it's far easier to add than to take out.

Does it wash out easily?

Yes. One normal shampoo is all it takes.

Do I apply it to damp or dry hair?

Either, and the finish changes. Through damp hair it spreads further and gives a smoother, more controlled shape. On dry hair you get more grip and more texture.

How long will it last?

It's 100ml. Used every day, around two months.
